Job description:

OFFICE SCHEDULE:

Monday-Saturday: 8am-5pm

Job Responsibilities:

MERCHANDISING

  • Conduct meetings with suppliers to discuss fabric selection, design, costing, and order quantities
  • Maintain clear communication with suppliers and production teams
  • Monitor clothing samples to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Review and verify size set samples, including design, measurements, and specifications
  • Prepare White Sheets and Purchase Orders
  • Request necessary accessories and materials
  • Obtain Suggested Retail Prices (SRP) for products
  • Schedule and oversee quality control inspections at supplier facilities
  • Arrange and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Allocate stock orders efficiently
  • Verify supplier payment computations for accuracy
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques suitable for children's apparel
  • Provide administrative support to the merchandising team
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns for children's apparel.

FASHION

  • Monitor all purchase orders and ensure delivery within the timeframe.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and complete all sales samples
  • Provide administrative support to purchasing and inventory process of merchandise.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest fashion trends
  • Monitoring online platforms

Job Qualifications:

  • The candidate must be a Graduate of Fine Arts, Fashion Design, Marketing or Advertising Management, or any related courses
  • Familiar with Design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and the like
  • Digitally literate
  • Managing time well in order to complete a variety of tasks
  • Knowledge of raw materials (fabrics), accessories, and others
  • Can work even under pressure
  • And can start immediately
