Role Overview

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities for a greenfield construction project. This role requires a seasoned Civil Engineer or Architect with extensive experience in managing large-scale industrial construction. The Construction Manager will serve as the primary decision-maker on the ground, ensuring that all operations are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with project goals.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from initiation to completion.


• Act as the primary authority for daily operational decisions at the construction site.


• Supervise and coordinate all ground-level personnel; all site employees will report directly to this role.


• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and standards across the site.


• Collaborate with the Engineering Lead and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.


• Monitor progress, quality, and budget adherence throughout the construction lifecycle.


• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.


• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of site activities.

Qualifications


• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect.


• Experience in greenfield construction projects.


• Proven leadership experience in large-scale industrial construction.


• Strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.


• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex site operations.


• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
