The Foreman – Structural Works is responsible for supervising and coordinating all structural construction activities at the project site. This role ensures that work is carried out according to plans, safety standards, and project timelines. The Foreman serves as the direct leader of site workers, ensuring quality workmanship, efficient resource use, and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee daily structural works at the site.
  • Interpret and implement construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Assign tasks and monitor workers' performance to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor usage of materials, tools, and equipment to avoid wastage.
  • Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and project managers regarding progress and issues.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure alignment with standards and specifications.
  • Prepare daily reports on work progress, manpower, and materials.
  • Address and resolve on-site concerns or delays.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3–5 years of experience as Foreman in structural works.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • With NC II certification or equivalent (preferred).
  • Physically fit and willing to work on-site full time.
