Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, legal) to forecast demand and manage inventory levels
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services
  • Monitor and report on key procurement metrics to drive performance improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards
  • Continuously improve procurement processes and systems

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Bachelors Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management preferably in aesthetics or medical field
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in procurement software and ERP systems
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
