Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or support tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information, solutions, and support based on company policies and procedures
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, promotions, and processes
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM or ticketing system accurately
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Identify and report recurring issues or customer feedback to help improve services and processes

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course
  • Previous experience in customer support for an Insurance company is an advantage.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in using chat platforms, CRM systems, and basic computer applications
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Willingness to work on a NIGHT - SHIFT
  • Able to work ASAP is an advantage
