
Chat Support Agent

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or support tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information, solutions, and support based on company policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, promotions, and processes
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM or ticketing system accurately
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure consistent service delivery
- Identify and report recurring issues or customer feedback to help improve services and processes
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course
- Previous experience in customer support for an Insurance company is an advantage.
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Proficient in using chat platforms, CRM systems, and basic computer applications
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Willingness to work on a NIGHT - SHIFT
- Able to work ASAP is an advantage
