We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Retail Chat Support to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, ensuring our customers receive the support they need to have a positive experience with our brand.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through live chat in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
  • Providing accurate product information and recommendations to assist customers with their purchases
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalised and empathetic support
  • Documenting all customer interactions and resolving queries in accordance with company policies
  • Collaborating with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and respond to customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
