We thrive on data-driven marketing and seamless digital operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Campaigns & Report Assistant to support our promotional efforts, manage reporting, and optimize product listings across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data & Reporting: Generate daily and monthly performance reports for marketing channels, tracking discount codes and email segmentation.
  • Campaign & Promotion Management: Set up and implement weekly updates for Shopify, Walmart, eBay themes, promotions, and discounts.
  • Email & SMS Campaigns: Manage scheduling, setup, performance tracking, and automated flows, ensuring effective list segmentation.
  • Amazon Listing Optimization: Create and configure Amazon Creator Connect campaigns, affiliate links, coupons, and deals while optimizing listings.
  • Brand Asset Management: Maintain and organize marketing copy, product descriptions, design files, and images for efficient use.
  • General Marketing Support: Assist in refining product listings across various platforms and providing marketing assistance as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Marketing Assistant.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with experience analyzing reports and tracking performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Walmart, eBay, and Amazon listing optimization is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
