We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the execution of assigned campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination with various teams, and effectively communicating campaign strategies across in-app and external channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently drive campaign execution to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans to engage target audiences.
  • Create high-quality in-app assets, including microsites, banners, push notifications, vouchers, deals, and other features.
  • Propose data-driven initiatives to optimize campaigns and internal processes.
  • Produce comprehensive post-campaign reports to inform future campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Recent graduates or 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce, telco, or FMCG.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Thorough and detail-oriented individual with strong ownership and passion for assigned tasks.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
