Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate role is a dynamic and challenging position that involves assisting in the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional platforms.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for collateral preparation, approvals, and campaign rollouts, as well as scheduling and uploading social media content, email campaigns, and website updates.

Additional responsibilities include assisting in graphic design, photo editing, and video production for digital campaigns, conducting basic market and competitor research to support campaign planning, and managing the execution of promotions, marketing collateral installations, and training initiatives for marketing personnel.

Additionally, the Marketing Associate will coordinate with branches, telemarketers, marketing, and other departments for their concerns, monitor, update, and encode marketing expenses, find quotations for requesting collaterals, search potential suppliers, assist in customer surveys, feedback collection, and database management, receive and process requested collaterals, replenish, canvass, and purchase marketing collaterals, request checks for payment for purchases and services, request petty cash for cash requests for marketing collaterals or allowances, compile marketing advisory, answer phone calls, prepare and check baggage for branches, access the Marketing email account, prepare and compile attachments for credit card payment, and perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Entry-level degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in marketing principles, campaign implementation, graphic design, photo editing, video production, market research, data analysis, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
