Our organization is looking for an innovative Marketing Campaign Specialist to drive the success of our Driver Acquisition and Engagement initiatives.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will report directly to the Marketing Manager and be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns to promote our Partner Driver image and engage with existing drivers. He/She will design creative strategies to strengthen our brand presence and utilize data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance Driver awareness and retention.
  • Design and implement strategies to maximize exposure and message delivery for monthly or tactical objectives.
  • Lead organic and paid media activities to meet the target of driver leads.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing or multi-channel campaign development and activations.
  • Strong analytical skills, especially in post-campaign reports and insights correlations.
  • Ability to work on-site at a designated location.
