Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Process Associate to join our team and support verification-related tasks. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a background in BPO or customer service, and is comfortable working with data and digital tools. Experience in financial accounts or real estate is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform verification of documents, records, and account details with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Cross-check information against internal systems and external sources as needed.
  • Flag discrepancies and escalate issues following standard procedures.
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation of verification activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of verification cases.
  • Follow company policies and data privacy guidelines at all times.
  • Contribute to process improvements and suggest ways to enhance accuracy and turnaround time.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and web-based tools.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in financial accounts or real estate processes is an advantage.
  • High school graduate or equivalent; college education is a plus but not required.

  • Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
  • Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong sense of accountability and confidentiality.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if needed.
