Sales Associate – Farming Equipment & Machinery

Work Location: Makati City

Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with flexible time-in between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM)

Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling farming equipment and machinery to clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the company's sales objectives. This role requires excellent communication and product knowledge, as well as the ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate technical and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the company's range of farming equipment and machinery to potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits as needed.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
  • Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and regularly update management on sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in agricultural equipment, heavy machinery, or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
  • With a valid driver's license is an advantage.
