You will be a Full-Cycle Senior Accountant who bridges precision and insight — not just recording numbers, but understanding what they mean. In this role, you'll own the entire accounting process from AP/AR to month-end close, financial reporting, and process improvement. You'll get hands-on with the general ledger while also stepping back to analyze results and support strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Prepare and post journal entries; perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes in line with GAAP standards.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and conducting variance analysis.
  • Support audits, tax filings, and ensure adherence to internal controls.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership teams on business initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience (corporate or public).
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP/accounting tools (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Experience in SaaS, telecom, or technology industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with ASC 606 and subscription-based accounting is a plus.
