Do you create scroll-stopping edits and also enjoy crafting longer narratives? We are hiring a Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and compelling long-form videos (YouTube, webinars, talks, case studies). You will continually grow and improve while being given a clear path to financial stability.

Above average salary per month with a promotion pathway to senior roles based on performance. With a P250,000 salary cap on senior roles

Core responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into clean, engaging videos for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and long-form platforms like YouTube and full-length webinars
• Add accurate captions, subtitles, tasteful transitions, and sound effects
• Balance audio, remove noise, and apply basic color correction and grading
• Repurpose long talks into micro content clips with strong hooks and pacing
• Build long-form timelines with coherent story flow, chapter markers, and end screens
• Follow brand guidelines and deliver on time with proper file naming and backups

Preferred skills

• Editing apps: Adobe Premiere Pro and or DaVinci Resolve; basic After Effects or motion graphics is a plus
• Social formats: aspect ratios, export presets, thumbnails, platform best practices
• Long-form fundamentals: pacing, structure, narrative arcs, audience retention tactics
• Workflow: file management, proxy workflow, music licensing, asset organization
• Soft skills: storytelling sense, deadline discipline, collaborative attitude, clear communication
