Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in the development and optimization of production processes.

-Collaborate with senior production officers/engineers to implement improvements for productivity and quality enhancement.

-Document production processes and provide reports on performance and production output.

-Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.

Qualification:

-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

-Fresh Graduate, internship or prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not required).

Skills:

-Technical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

-Familiarity with manufacturing and production processes, equipment, and techniques.

-Proficiency in computer and CAD software or manufacturing simulation tools (desirable but not required).

-Basic understanding of quality control systems and procedures.

-Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
