Production Specialist

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible in monitoring of all process parameters making sure that all are in target range and being recorded in timely manner. Report to superior any equipment abnormalities found during monitoring of operation.Line Up valves in tank farm either Raw materials or FG (Finish good).Monitor chemical consumption and refill if needed.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Monitors of all field parameters (temperature and pressure).
• Checking and monitoring of all process equipment performance, especially all rotating equipment.
• Observes any changes in the operation.
• Monitors Rotameter Flow and adjust accordingly.
• Discharges ESP, Cyclone to Acid Waste Drums
• Brings hourly product sample to laboratory (bottom, after aging   &  finish good) during plant operation.
• Transfers of Molten sulfur from UG tank to Head tank
• Monitors Boiler Operation and Refill Industrial salt, and boiler mate
• Monitors Cooling tower operation manually replenish water in basin, monitor consumption and refill chemicals as needed.
• Monitors Instrument air compressor check pressure and drain water in pressured vessel.
• Monitors Water tank level and refill if needed.
• Lines Up valves in tank farm area either in raw material or finish product storage tanks
• Inputs All parameters reading in excel file/MS word
• Maintains cleanliness of working area
• Delivers clear information to his superior and report any abnormalities found to during the shift

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• College/Vocational graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation or Chemical Engineering
• At least 6 months to 1-year experience production specialist or equivalent is preferred
• Basic knowledge on electrical, chemical and/or mechanical
• Can efficiently work within areas that may involve moderate exposure to extreme temperature, dirt, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odor, and loud noise
