Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized PMO Analyst to support the CDD (Change Design & Delivery) department. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with administrative responsibilities such as tracking project documentation, scheduling, and reporting, and will possess strong communication skills necessary for the role's collaborative and cross-functional nature.

This role involves coordination across ITG departments and divisions, oversight of divisional training plans, support for personnel management, and enforcement of quality and process standards. The successful candidate will play a key part in enabling efficient project execution, continuous improvement, and organizational alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track, manage, and maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure alignment with PMO standards.
  • Support project scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparation of regular status and performance reports.
  • Initiate and foster effective working relationships with other ITG departments and divisions.
  • Maintain and monitor division training plans and track actual training completions.
  • Consolidate and generate division-level reports, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Enforce adherence to quality standards, continuous improvement initiatives, and timely closure of audit findings.
  • Monitor and track CDD department activities, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist the department head in personnel-related functions, including:
    • Seating arrangements
    • Budget versus actual expenditure tracking
    • Recruitment pipeline monitoring
    • Training completion compliance
    • Performance appraisal process facilitation
  • Collaborate with CDD leaders to continuously improve team performance, delivery outcomes, and engagement levels.
  • Perform other related duties and special assignments as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or business support role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with IT project lifecycle, PMO best practices, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Experience in a financial or banking environment is a strong plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
