*End-to-end co-ordination, delivery and activation of projects

*Management of projects, including progress management, risk and issue management, resource tracking, financial tracking, stakeholder management and associated status reporting
*Successful Implementation of Changes
*Zero change defects that can result to impacting incidents
*Successful execution of assigned tasks in the project schedule
*Active participation on team visual management board huddles and operational excellence improvement initiatives
*Assist Lead in all activities of assigned business analysts.
*Plan and design processes that can repeatedly produce high quality products and deliverables.
*Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
*Gather business requirements from stakeholders and process owners.
*Analyze and document business requirements and functional specifications
*Create and manage business requirement documents.
*Manage the change process.
*Develop test plans and documents.
*Provide user acceptance testing (UAT).
*Prepare post-implementation review and support.
*Assist in the facilitation of team and client meetings.
*Performs other BA related duties as dictated by the needs of one’s job and Company’s client.
*Other related functions that may be assigned as needed
