Mortgage / Loan Support Associate (BPO)

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage / Loan Support Associate to assist with Australian home loan applications. This role focuses on documentation review, lender condition compliance, and coordinating with clients, brokers, and third-party partners to ensure timely loan approvals and settlements. This is a non-voice, email-heavy role suited for BPO professionals with financial account experience.


Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Address lender conditions required for loan approval and settlement
  • Coordinate with clients, brokers, and third-party partners via email
  • Provide regular updates on home loan application status
  • Review and manage loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Support early loan settlements to help maximize client revenue
  • Provide process feedback to brokers to help improve application workflows
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lender requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
  • College graduate (any course)
  • Minimum 3 years of BPO experience (financial or banking accounts preferred)
  • Background in handling financial campaigns is an advantage
  • Experience with an Australian broking or mortgage firm is highly preferred
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of email or non-voice support experience preferred
  • Strong written English skills and professional business correspondence
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple applications
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and with good attendance record
