Manila office
serves as one of our two global design hubs, playing a critical role in supporting projects across multiple regions. Our
Finance Team
is integral to this success—ensuring operational excellence, financial accuracy, and compliance across all entities.

The
Finance Executive – UK & Europe
role is responsible for coordinating and performing financial tasks in line with local reporting requirements, while ensuring alignment with group-level standards. Working closely with the
local Finance Team
, the
Group Finance Team
, and the
CFO
, this position supports the smooth running of financial operations and ensures the timely and accurate delivery of reports.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in
Accounting or Finance
, with solid experience in
Financial Accounting
, and is capable of managing finance systems, overseeing project-related financials, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements in the UK and Europe. You are encouraged to propose process improvements and best-practice recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of the Finance function.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Support – UK & Europe

  • Assist in administering account entries, financial documents, payments, and overall finances for the UK and European entities of the Group.
  • Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and other statutory or management reports.
  • Upload and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Support the monthly financial closing process, including adjustments for prepayments, accruals, and depreciation.
  • Prepare and upload both external and intercompany invoices promptly.
  • Liaise with local authorities and statutory auditors to ensure compliance and timely finalization and filing of statutory returns.
  • Support the Group Finance Team in preparing reports for lenders and private equity stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external consultants to ensure timely filing of VAT and tax returns for UK and European entities, including the submission of required documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting
    ,
    Finance
    , or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years
    of proven experience in accounting and finance.
  • Prior experience handling
    VAT and tax matters
    for UK and European businesses.
  • Strong background and working knowledge of
    ERP systems
    (preferably
    Microsoft D365
    ).
  • Excellent report-writing and English communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Solid proficiency in
    Microsoft Office
    , particularly
    Excel
    .
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively with global teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective in liaising with stakeholders, auditors, and relevant authorities in Manila.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
