CTC BPO Inc. (FKA: CallTek Center International Inc.) is a call center and a BPO company based in Cebu, Philippines.

CTC BPO Inc. is a tailor-made business processing and technical support provider for the broadband and video/TV industry, specializing in hospitality/MDU markets.

We are continuously seeking individuals who are highly motivated, energetic, flexible, career-driven, and most importantly, people-oriented. We aim to build a company with the best technical and customer service available.

We are looking for a Technical Trainer.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree preferably in computer technology, information systems, engineering, or any related field.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in a technical training role.
  • Experience in designing and developing training material is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient knowledge of VLAN, routing, OSI, VPN, IP subnetting, and different networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc
  • Technical Certifications such as CCNA, Ruckus Certification, and others are preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Must have excellent facilitation, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Has excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Has good interpersonal and professional skills
  • Has the ability to creatively use resources and adjust to changes quickly and professionally
  • Has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also in a team environment
  • Has strong attention to detail
  • Has the ability to prioritize assignments and projects based on importance and customer expectations
  • Can showcase Analytical, Dynamic, and Creative personal qualities
  • Willing to work in shifts/weekends/holidays
