In freight logistics and operations, your expertise plays a pivotal part in refining processes and ensuring efficient inventory and shipment movement. Your work contributes to timely delivery of vital medicines and supports essential deliveries across diverse sectors.


Duties
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new hires
  • Design tailored training materials
  • Collaborate with process specialists, team leaders, and ZSCs to determine the most effective training approach based on topic and audience
  • Maintain updated training matrices
  • Evaluate strengths and weaknesses within teams to identify training needs
  • Analyze results of training programs
  • Provide train-the-trainer sessions for process specialists, team leaders, and ZSCs
  • Oversee implementation of new processes or significant changes to existing ones
  • Coordinate JIRA project tool for SSC implementations, ensuring timely completion of necessary steps
  • Revised training content as needed to adapt to changing work environments
  • Develop an understanding of e-learning techniques and create/deliver relevant e-learning courses
  • Implement agility in comprehending new concepts, converting knowledge into effective training programs
  • Evaluate overall effectiveness of training and suggest improvements
  • Orient new hires to the business and conduct induction sessions
  • Select suitable training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on-job training, professional development classes, etc.)
  • Craft coordination between Process Owners and SSC teams for seamless implementation
  • Review activities of Training team and assess their efficacy
  • Develop and execute training programs for Sea Logistics

  • Familiarity with adapting new hires to the organization and conducting induction sessions
  • Skill in selecting suitable training approaches per situation
  • Capacity to coordinate implementation effectively, combining Process Owners and SSC teams
  • Potential to learn and operate systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
