Billing Implementation Specialist

MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Billing Systems Trainer that can demonstrate full competency in the billing portion of IMS Practice Management System with the ability to support and train its modules. This role involves delivering virtual training, setting up clients' medical claim systems, identifying workflow efficiencies and providing assistance to internal and external stakeholders.

  • This position requires strong communication and virtual training skills.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in US healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management, Insurance Claims and practice management systems.
  • A college-level degree or prior BPO or virtual training experience is required.
  • Strong customer focus, problem-solving abilities, and prioritization skills are necessary.

Salary and Benefits:

  • The monthly salary range is PHP 23,000 - 26,000 depending on experience.
  • A new hire bonus of PHP 5,000 is provided.
  • A monthly Risk Allowance of PHP 2,000 is also offered.
