Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-year course in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or any related Business/Technical program.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a Technician.
  • Familiar with Parts and Service Operations, preferably in luxury automotive brands.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong leadership skills, good character, and customer service-oriented.
  • Willing to be assigned in San Juan City.

Job Overview:

  • Supervise and lead workshop technicians, and support staff to ensure strict compliance with service protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Plan, prioritize, and schedule various service jobs, including periodic maintenance, general repairs, and specific service requests, assigning tasks to technicians
  • Train, coach, and mentor workshop personnel, ensuring continuous technical skill enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain a clean and orderly workshop environment, and prepare incident reports when necessary.
