Job Overview
  • The primary objective of this position is to oversee the workshop and its personnel, ensuring strict adherence to service protocols and standard operating procedures.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prioritize, and schedule various service jobs, including periodic maintenance, general repairs, and specific service requests, assigning tasks to technicians.
  • Train, coach, and mentor workshop personnel, ensuring continuous technical skill enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly workshop environment.


Requirements
  • Graduate of a 4-year course in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or any related Business/Technical program.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a Technician.
  • Familiarity with Parts and Service Operations, preferably in luxury automotive brands.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong leadership skills, good character, and customer service-oriented.
  • Willingness to be assigned in San Juan City.
