About the role

Join the SJK-Guahan Inc. team as a Service Technician. In this full-time role based in Paco Manila City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services to our valued automotive customers. As an integral part of our Automotive Trades team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and customer satisfaction of our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and repair services on a range of customer vehicles
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues
  • Replace and repair parts as needed, ensuring the vehicle is returned to the customer in optimal working condition
  • Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
  • Collaborate with the wider team to optimize workshop efficiency and productivity
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualification in automotive mechanics or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience as a service technician in the automotive industry
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
