Job Summary:

The Senior Electro-Mechanical Technician/Engineer is responsible for overseeing and performing corrective and preventive maintenance, repair, supply, and installation of various electro-mechanical equipment including generators, elevators, pumps, motors, ventilation systems, and other related machinery. This role requires strong technical expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and supervise corrective and preventive maintenance activities on electromechanical systems such as generators, elevators, pumps, motors, and ventilation equipment.
  • Ensure proper installation, alignment, and commissioning of new electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Diagnose faults and perform repairs on mechanical and electrical components, ensuring minimal downtime and operational efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor maintenance schedules in compliance with safety standards and equipment manuals.
  • Maintain records of all service and repair activities, including parts usage and time logs.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers for equipment upgrades, replacement, and procurement.
  • Provide guidance and technical support to junior technicians or maintenance teams.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies during all maintenance activities.
