Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Accounting Operations: Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Team Management: Guide and mentor junior accounting staff, coordinating activities and answering questions to foster professional development.
  • Audit Coordination: Coordinate and complete annual audits, ensuring all financial practices adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Process Improvement: Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through positive interactions and effective communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
