Responsibilities:


• User & Account Management – Manage the backend system by uploading new users, verifying correct setup, and ensuring smooth onboarding and access for all customers.


• Technical Issue Resolution – Monitor and troubleshoot backend issues reported by users or the team, coordinating with support or development resources when needed to ensure timely resolution.


• Marketing Platform Support (e.g., Mailchimp) – Assist in creating, scheduling, and segmenting email campaigns, maintaining clean and updated email lists, and tracking campaign performance.


• Operational Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies in daily operations and help implement solutions or tools to streamline workflows and improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in backend system administration, operations, or related support role.
  • Strong knowledge of
    user and account management
    in software platforms (CRM, SaaS, or similar).
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; able to coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues.
  • Experience with
    marketing platforms
    (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) for campaign setup, email segmentation, and performance tracking.
