
Operations Support

- Provides administrative support to ensure that the department's operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.
- Provides support on the appointments, schedules and travel plans of the department, Managers and/or Head
- Maintains and emails office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings including schedule of account closings and title releases
- Provides clerical assistance to the Department.
- Ensures required reports are submitted.
- Perform other related duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent. (FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY)
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
- Open to work onsite in Port Area Manila.
