Office Staff (with Leasing & Administrative Experience)

Job Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Staff with experience in leasing and administrative support to join our team. The role involves assisting in day-to-day office operations, supporting leasing activities, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments for both commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as filing, data entry, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing and processing leasing documents, contracts, and tenant records.
  • Support the leasing team in handling client inquiries, property viewings, and tenant coordination.
  • Maintain updated databases of tenants, lease agreements, and property inventory.
  • Monitor office supplies, handle communications, and schedule appointments/meetings.
  • Coordinate with property management, accounting, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide customer service to tenants and clients, addressing basic concerns or directing them to the proper department.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by supervisors or management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Real Estate Management, or related course.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in office administration, leasing, or property management.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with office equipment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in dealing with clients, tenants, or leasing-related tasks is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
