Our products include digital textbooks, robotics courseware, Learning and School Management Systems (LMS & SMS), and AI-driven learning tools.

We are expanding our creative and technical team to enhance the development of our digital books and interactive learning resources.

Position Overview

The Digital Book Layout Artist will be responsible for designing and formatting educational books using Canva. This role goes beyond layout work — we're looking for multi-skilled individuals who can also perform quality assurance checks, assist in training sessions, and facilitate workshops related to our publishing and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and format digital and print book layouts using Canva
  • Ensure layout consistency, readability, and quality across all pages
  • Perform QA reviews on completed layouts and content
  • Coordinate with authors, editors, and IT teams to finalize digital book versions
  • Assist in training school partners and staff in using our digital publishing tools
  • Serve as a facilitator or support personnel during training and onboarding sessions
  • Provide creative input on visual assets and branding for CK's digital materials

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Education, IT, or any related field
  • Strong proficiency in Canva (knowledge in Adobe InDesign or Photoshop is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible and willing to handle multiple roles (layout, QA, training)
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Team player with a passion for education and design
