Job Title: Data Analytics Associate (Entry Level)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work arrangement: 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH

Location: Makati City

Position Overview:

The Data Analytics Associate will help the recruitment team by managing access to systems, coordinating with system providers, and using data to improve processes. This is an entry-level role for candidates who know the basics of data or business analytics and are willing to learn and grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with providers of recruitment systems/tools for updates, issues, and improvements.
  • Give licenses, IDs, and basic training to new users or recruiters.
  • Check and study data to find trends, patterns, and ways to improve processes.
  • Create simple reports and summaries to support the recruitment and HR teams.
  • Do research on tools, best practices, and ideas that can make recruitment more efficient.
  • Help with other tasks related to data, reports, and process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. Computer Science or IT is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Open to fresh graduates; any experience with data work is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of data/business analytics (organizing, reading, or presenting data).
  • Good skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of tools like Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
  • Careful with details, can solve problems, and can think logically.
  • Able to communicate clearly and work well with others.
