Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership and Management

  2. Supervise HR staff, providing guidance, support, and training.

  3. Foster a collaborative environment to enhance HR team performance.
  4. Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.

  5. Recruitment and Staffing

  6. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding.

  7. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  8. Implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  9. Employee Relations

  10. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

  11. Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances.
  12. Promote initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

  13. Performance Management

  14. Oversee the performance appraisal process and ensure timely evaluations.

  15. Assist managers in developing performance improvement plans.
  16. Identify and address performance issues proactively.

  17. Training and Development

  18. Assess training needs and coordinate employee training programs.

  19. Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  20. Support continuous learning and professional development initiatives.

  21. Compensation and Benefits Administration

  22. Assist in managing compensation strategies and benefits programs.

  23. Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and policies.
  24. Provide information on employee benefits and assist with enrollment processes.

  25. Compliance and Policy Enforcement

  26. Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

  27. Conduct regular audits to maintain HR compliance.
  28. Update and enforce HR policies and procedures.

  29. HR Metrics and Reporting

  30. Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision-making.

  31. Prepare reports on key HR metrics such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
  32. Present findings to senior management for strategic planning.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
