Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients upon arrival for boarding, daycare, and other services
  • Handle general inquiries (in-person, phone, and online)
  • Manage pet check-ins and check-outs
  • Accurately receive and process cash and card payments
  • Handle retail sales of pet products and supplies
  • Maintain front desk organization, records, and reports
  • Assist as a pet handler when needed, including:
  • Safe handling of dogs and cats (leashing, guiding, securing)
  • Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of assigned areas
  • Maintaining company standards for care, safety, and welfare
  • Coordinate closely with handlers and management
  • Follow all office rules, procedures, and safety protocols strictly

Job Requirements

  • With pleasing personality and professional communication skills
  • Comfortable and confident handling dogs and cats
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and reliable, especially with payments and animals
  • Able to strictly follow office policies, SOPs, and care standards
  • Physically able to assist in handling pets and cleaning duties
  • Presentable, professional, and respectful at all times
  • Prior receptionist, retail, customer service, or pet care experience is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
