Responsibilities:

  • Prospects or solicits new accounts for the company
  • Prepares proposal and company profile for submission to prospective accounts as per franchising policies of the company.
  • Coordinate with the General Manager on cost estimate for new accounts and existing accounts whenever necessary on merchandising or special promotional trade projects.
  • Conducts product presentation before prospective accounts
  • Monitors and follow u pall proposals released to prospective accounts.
  • Ensures proper safekeeping of signed contract agreements and advises changes if any.
  • Strickly implements "No Signed Contract No Signed Cost Estimate No Service" rules.
  • Provides after sales servicing to newly to newly developed accounts.
  • Ensure proper collection systems and procedures are properly coordinated with principal more specifically on new business accounts.
  • Provides account servicing to existing accounts both for merchandising and special trade promotional projects on the branch level.
  • Updates database of existing clients both for merchandising and special promotional trade projects on a periodical basis.
  • Recruits, selects and trains new company hires whether merchandisers, orcoordinators.
  • Coordinates with all Account Managers on related accounts for principal directives, project developments among others.
  • Monitors performance of designated field trade coordinators under his/her account whether exclusive billed or non-billed; or corporate coordinator.
  • Performs trade visit whenever necessary

a.      To back check performance of designated coordinators

b.      To back check performance of merchandisers/promo personnel

c To perform delegated assignments from the principal to build rapport with store managers and store supervisors in the trade.
- In charge of proper disposition, liquidation and reimbursement of revolving funds issued by the company.
- Submits the required regular monitoring and accomplishment report to his/her immediate superior on a regular basis or deemed immediately necessary by the management.
- Ensures implementation of company programs, management directions, policies and procedures.
- Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time by the management of the company.
