1. QUALIFICATIONS:

A. EDUCATION

o Preferably with Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or graduate with 2-year course in

related field

B. EXPERIENCE

o Has relevant experience in the accounting field is an advantage but not required.

C. SKILLS

o Familiarity with accounts payable processes and procedures.

o Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

o Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.

o Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

o Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

o Effective written and verbal communication skills.

o Ability to communicate professionally with vendors.

o Basic analytical skills to review invoices, identify trends, and reconcile accounts.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software is a plus.

o Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.

o Willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to departmental goals.

o High level of integrity in handling financial transactions and sensitive information.

  1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Invoice Processing:

o Receive and review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and authorization.

B. Payment Processing and Releasing:

o Prepare and release payments to suppliers via check, electronic transfer, or other payment

methods.

o Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices to avoid late fees or disruptions in services.

C. Supplier Management:

o Maintain creditor accounts, including updating contact information and payment terms.

D. Month-End Closing:

o Enter invoices into the accounting system and ensure proper classification.

E. Record Keeping and Documentation:

o Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices, payments, and related documentation.

F. Asset Management

o Involves in procurement and inventory processes, and the ability to negotiate pricing and terms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php18,500.00 per month
