Aesthetic Clinic Operations Manager

Qualifications
· Graduate of Nursing, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Aesthetics, or related Allied Health course
· Minimum of 3 years clinic or wellness operations experience, including team supervision
· Must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience or formal exposure in at least one core aesthetic service (e.g., facial treatments, laser, IV drip, skin care)
·Strong understanding of skincare services, retail selling, and client journey optimization
· Must have experience in staff management, SOP compliance, and service quality monitoring
·Skilled in daily sales tracking, promo execution, and client retention strategies
·Must be a confident communicator with the ability to lead huddles, guide staff, and handle client-facing concerns
·Must have basic English proficiency and be able to communicate professionally with clients when needed
·Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other digital tools used for sales monitoring, scheduling, and reporting
· Must be willing to take ownership, enhancement, and development of Hero Services, Corporate Wellness, Complementary Programs, and other initiatives aimed at sales generation and client growth
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing
- Lead promotion and utilization of Clinic's Hero Services (top 8 prioritized treatments).
- Ensure execution of Corporate Wellness Programs and Complementary Programs, aligned with target segments.
- Drive daily sales huddles, target monitoring, and promo ROI evaluation.
- Monitor customer retention and acquisition performance.
Operations
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs in client servicing, inventory, and purchasing.
- Oversee scheduling, punctuality, and performance of clinic staff.
- Enforce staff compliance to standards and reporting systems.
Monitoring & Governance
- Track business viability, profitability, and growth metrics.
- Facilitate performance appraisals for assigned staff.
- Consolidate client feedback, incident reports, and recommendations.
- Submit regular updates to CRA with variance analysis (budget vs. actual).
Culture & People
- Foster discipline, punctuality, and accountability among Clinic's staff.
- Serve as role model for client care and sales execution.
- Recommend staff coaching, training, and PIP as needed.
