Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Administration:

  • Managing payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Performing bank reconciliations and verifying financial statements.

  • Assisting with audit and tax compliance activities.
  • General Administration:

  • Answering phones, managing correspondence, and assisting visitors.

  • Filing and maintaining organized electronic and physical records.

  • Scheduling appointments and managing office logistics.
  • Providing support for special projects and other administrative tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:

  • Strong data entry and bookkeeping skills.
  • Soft Skills:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience

  • BS Accounting Graduate
  • An associate's degree in office administration or accounting can provide a competitive advantage.
  • Relevant experience or coursework in bookkeeping, office procedures, and financial software is beneficial.
