Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review technical drawings, layout plans, and antenna specifications.
  • Conduct pre-installation inspections and participate in site readiness assessments.
  • Ensure all tools and materials are available and in working condition.
  • Strict adherence to site safety protocols and fall protection guidelines.
  • Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Set up and inspect rigging equipment (winches, ropes, pulleys, etc.).
  • Hoist and install antennas and associated telecom hardware safely.
  • Mount and align antennas as per specified azimuth, tilt, and height.
  • Secure all components using proper torque values and fasteners.
  • Route, secure, and dress coaxial/RF/fiber/power cables.
  • Apply weatherproofing and grounding kits as needed.
  • Label and terminate cables according to project requirements.
  • Assist with basic testing (e.g., VSWR, sweep tests).
  • Report issues or misalignments immediately to the supervisor or engineer.
  • Complete work logs, photo documentation, and checklists.
  • Participate in site handover, punch listing, and clean-up after installation.

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a telecom rigger or related field work at heights.
  • Familiarity with antenna types (LTE, 5G, microwave), cabling, and rigging equipment.
  • Knowledge of basic testing tools and techniques.
  • Strong adherence to safety practices and team communication.
  • Physically fit, with no fear of heights.
  • TESDA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • With driver's license is a plus
