What you'll be doing

  1. Safely operate and maintain cranes, hoists, and other lifting equipment
  2. Inspect and maintain rigging equipment such as slings, chains, and hooks
  3. Collaborate with construction teams to plan and execute safe lifting operations
  4. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards on the job site
  6. Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of construction projects

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Rigger or in a similar role within the construction industry
  2. Thorough understanding of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
  3. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  6. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
  7. Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy machinery

Working Schedule

Mondays - Saturdays; 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
