-Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on telecom towers and mounted equipment.
Perform rigging activities such as antenna alignment, cable pulling, and grounding installations.
-Climb towers and poles safely to install or replace telecom equipment.
Support integration, testing, and commissioning of telecom systems.
-Assist in disassembly and relocation of telecom infrastructure.
-Ensure all rigging tools and lifting equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
-Certification in Tower Climbing Safety & Rescue
-Comply with safety regulations (DOLE, OSH standards) and wear required PPE at all times.
-Coordinate with engineers and team leads on site activities and documentation.
