Job Description

Ensures the creation and implementation of training programs for the partner industries, with the level of responsibility and variety of activities dependent on the type of training program and size of the target organization.

This position is specifically for a Training Coordinator role focused on developing and implementing training programs for partner industries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree: A degree in a related field such as Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or Business.
  • Experience: Prior experience as a trainer or in a similar role is required, with a proven track record of coordinating training events or managing the full training cycle being ideal.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities needed to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Instructional design: Knowledge of instructional design theory and methodologies for creating and developing training programs is a must.
