About the role

Join our vibrant Customer Care Center team at PHH Mortgage Corporation as a Customer Care Center, Resolutions professional. In this full-time role based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued clients. Your expertise in call center operations and your strong communication skills will be instrumental in driving the success of our resolutions-focused team.

What you'll be doing

  1. Display effective collection techniques, call handling skills, and negotiate with confidence to obtain delinquency resolution.
  2. Provide accurate and relevant information to the customer.
  3. Inbound and outbound calls for loans current month owing through foreclosure (Customer Service and Collection Calls in English).
  4. Effectively provide prompt, accurate and professional responses to customer inquiries.
  5. Successfully resolve routine inquiries regarding payments, escrow, loan terms etc.
  6. Document loan activity on MSP
  7. Actively collect on past due payments
  8. Establish payment arrangements and determine strategies to resolve delinquency
  9. Resolving foreclosure questions and concerns
  10. Determine the reason for default.
  11. Counsel customers about consequences of delinquency.
  12. Maintaining service levels and call center performance metrics - Schedule Adherence, Average Call Handle Time, Attendance / Availability.
  13. Payment Collection and Deal Production.

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to research and identify appropriate solutions
  4. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and computer applications
  5. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in helping others
  6. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
