About the role
Greenstone Pharmaceutical H.K., Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and driven Global Business Development Manager to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our global footprint across the Asia-Pacific region.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Asia-Pacific market
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new clients and partners
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Negotiating and closing complex deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other teams to support the growth of the business
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth avenues
- Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
- Providing regular performance updates and insights to the leadership team
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a global business development or sales role.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape, including industry trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics
- Proficiency in project management, data analysis, and strategic planning
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred
