Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions accurately, preparing and serving food or beverages (if applicable), and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role requires enthusiasm, efficiency, and a positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with orders or inquiries.
  • Ensure a positive dining or shopping experience for all customers.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.

Service Crew Duties:

  • Take customer orders accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare food and beverages according to company standards (if applicable).
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counter, and workstations.
  • Refill supplies and stock necessary items (e.g., napkins, utensils, condiments).

Team Support:

  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Graduated of BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
  • Prior experience in Hotel or Restaurant is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
