Job Overview:

Fastrack Multi-Purpose Cooperative is hiring a Waiter/Server in Camp John Hay, Baguio City. The role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and serving orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining area
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff for order coordination
  • Suggest menu items or specials to enhance guest experience
  • Handle customer concerns or requests with professionalism and warmth
  • Follow restaurant service standards and safety protocols

Qualifications:

  • Vocational or College Level in Hospitality, HRM, or any related course
  • With at least 1 year of experience as a Waitress or in restaurant service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality
  • Can work efficiently in a fast-paced dining environment
  • Preferably a resident of Baguio City or willing to relocate before onboarding
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

This position is under Fastrack Multi-Purpose Cooperative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php13, Php22,000.00 per month
