Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 10+ years of experience in real estate development, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in end-to-end real estate project development.
  • Proficient in project management tools, financial modeling, and development lifecycle planning.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the local real estate market and regulatory landscape.
