About the role
As a Key Account Specialist-Medical Sales Representative at Biosite Medical Instruments', you will play a vital role in driving sales and strengthening customer relationships within the medical industry. This full-time position is based in Manila City, Metro Manila and involves working closely with key clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow and expand business with existing clients
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of each customer, and provide customised solutions to address them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services
- Actively monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a medical sales or account management role, preferably within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of the medical industry, including regulations, market dynamics, and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing customer accounts
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
