  1. JOB SUMMARY

The position responsible for installing and repairing complex electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems working from a technical blueprint and ensure total electrical compliance within the Nay Palad Hideaway Facility.

  1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Meets maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems.

· Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.

· Read technical diagrams and blueprints.

· Perform general electrical maintenance.

· Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.

· Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices.

· Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.

· Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.

· Conduct preventive maintenance in order to prevent issue to occur

· Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.

· Good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.

· Good knowledge of various test equipment.

  1. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

· Completion of electrician apprenticeship.

· Experience working as an electrician.

· High school diploma.

· Valid driver's license is a plus

· Electrician degree from a technical college

· Deep electrical system, power generation, blueprints and maintenance and repair knowledge.

· Ability to inspect, operate and maintain the heating, cooling and ventilation system and the boiler system.

· Ability to understand complex written and oral instructions.

· Thorough knowledge of the occupation hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of assigned duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php171, Php180,500.00 per year
